Shipping Policy

Good news, as a customer of Bellabejj Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon – Fri 10 am to 7 pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.

All Nigeria orders take approx 2-3 working day, however, if your item is custom made it can take up to 7 – 14 working days.

Next day delivery costs extra charges

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 3:pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to all postcodes. make sure you don’t miss out.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before Friday by 3pm to be delivered on Saturday.

Saturday delivery costs extra charges

We hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.

Delivery Service

All our deliveries are handled by Dhl Parcelforce. Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.

If no-one is in, or you can collect from the depot.

Please don’t refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost.

Exchanges can only be made on Ready To Wear Items. Custom items are not exchangeable/refunded.

t’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Bellabejj when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Return Policy

Steps to doing an exchange

We are happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels

Exchange Time Frame: 7days from delivery date

(For Example, your item delivered Jan 1st , package must be received by us, no later than Jan 7th.)

If the return is after the 7 days, the package will be denied and you will receive it back.

Check the description of the item you want to exchange, to see if it allows for an exchange. Items that come with undergarments, leotards etc are items that CAN NOT be exchanged.

Now that you see you can exchange it, please look online for the size, and colour of the item you are wanting. If the item you want is sold out, please look for secondary options.

NOTE: We do not do Refunds.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages, items stating delivered but you never received (contact the shipping carrier for concerns/updates)

Things You Should Know

  • Sets must be sent back as full sets (Top and Bottom) Your exchange will be denied if otherwise.
  • Please send back with the Name that will found under the Order Number.
  • Shoe boxes are not shipping packaging. You return will be denied if shoe box is used as a shipping box.
  • SALE ITEMS are not exchangeable or refundable

Late Exchange

  • We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 7days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 7days may be returned to you.
  • All pieces are shipped via Dhl
  • Once your item leaves the boutique, delivery is handled by DHL
  • Any issues with delivery such as your tracking indicating it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact DHL for resolution.

Changes to our policy

From time to time, we may change our privacy policy. We will notify you of any material changes to our Policy as required by law. We will also post an updated copy on our platforms periodically for updates.
